Canopy Digital is a trading name of Canopy Digital Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16791178), with its registered office at 17 Bulstrode Way, Gerrards Cross, England, SL9 7QT ("we", "us"). These terms cover use of this website and give an overview of how we work. Every client engagement is governed by a signed services agreement, which takes priority over these terms if the two differ.
We provide outbound lead generation: building and verifying prospect lists, writing and testing email sequences, running campaigns, handling replies and booking qualified meetings into our clients' calendars. We pay for and own the sending domains, mailboxes and tools we use.
A meeting counts as qualified when the prospect matches the ideal client profile agreed in the services agreement and the meeting actually takes place. Existing clients, competitors, anyone on the client's exclusion list and prospects who don't turn up are not qualified. Clients can dispute a meeting in writing within 2 business days of it taking place.
Fees are set out in each client's services agreement. We invoice fortnightly in arrears, listing every qualified meeting, and invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause campaigns if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue.
Either party can end an engagement at any time with 2 weeks' written notice. Qualified meetings that take place before the end date are payable. If a prospect who first engaged through our campaigns books a meeting with the client within 60 days of the engagement ending, that meeting is payable at the standard fee.
We comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR and applicable e-privacy rules, contact business addresses only, and stop contacting anyone who asks us to. See our Privacy Policy.
We don't guarantee revenue, closed deals or particular reply rates. Each party's total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 3 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
